Thapelo joined OPTRON Group in 2026 and currently serves as the Service Centre Manager for SITECH SA. He is a dynamic leader with over 20 years of leadership experience across diverse industries, including military electronics manufacturing and maritime navigation services.

Throughout his career, he has served as a Team Leader, Production Line Manager, Production Engineer and Maritime Field Service Engineer – bringing a broad range of technical expertise and operational leadership to his current position.
