LOADRITE LR360: connected Loader Scales and Loadout Data

Quarry loadout depends on accurate loading instructions, reliable payload measurements and clear communication. LR360 connects compatible loader scales with point-of-sale information, helping operators identify the correct truck, prioritise jobs and load towards the target weight.

The LR360 decreases rework and miscommunication by wirelessly synchronizing data between the loader and the scale house.

As the empty truck arrives its weight is recorded and material request data entered into the POS. The job details are wirelessly transmitted to the loader and displayed in the cab in a prioritized list. When the job reaches the top of the list, the loader operator can go to the material, identify the truck from the ID and load precisely to the target weight. At the completion of the job, the data is returned to the scale house and billing is automatically adjusted before the truck arrives to tare out. The quarry manager is able to see loadout operations in real-time with a clear view of workload, productivity and performance.

Six Powerful Capabilities

Loader-scale integration, Payload Tracking and Reporting

The LR360 brings together a comprehensive set of features designed to improve accuracy, reduce errors and give quarry managers complete visibility over every aspect of their loadout operation. From real-time job lists and automated POS integration to true tare truck loading and InsightHQ performance reporting, each capability works together to maximise productivity and product sales.

Performance Metric Tracking

Track loader performance using tonnes per hour, loading time and other activity data. Compare results across loaders to identify production delays, review operator efficiency and highlight training needs.

POS & Loader Scale Integration

Share job information between the point-of-sale system and compatible loader scales through two-way communication. This helps reduce duplicate data entry, loading errors and reliance on verbal instructions.

InsightHQ Performance Reporting

Monitor payload and production data through InsightHQ reporting software using a web browser or mobile device. Review operational performance to help identify delays and opportunities to improve productivity.

True Tare Truck Loading

The truck and payload are measured three times for each loadout: upon arrival at the truck scale (weighbridge), at loadout on the loader scale and true payload is verified on departure. True truck payload measurement maximizes tonnage and optimizes truck utilization for the customer and maximizes product sales at the scale house.

Accurate Payload Measurement

Use loader-scale payload information to guide loading towards the requested target weight. Connecting loading data with the scale house helps teams identify discrepancies and reduce avoidable rework.

Real-time Job List

List loadout jobs in order of priority and the truck ID. By providing simple, relevant and organized job data to the operator they are empowered to deliver faster with a sense of urgency and priority across the site.

How it works

A Seamless, Automated Loadout Workflow from Arrival to Departure

LR360 decreases rework and miscommunication by wirelessly synchronizing data between the loader and the scale house.

  • As the empty truck arrives its weight is recorded and material request data entered into the POS.

  • The job details are wirelessly transmitted to the loader and displayed in the cab in a prioritized list.

  • When the job reaches the top of the list, the loader operator can go to the material, identify the truck from the ID and load precisely to the target weight.

  • At the completion of the job, the data is returned to the scale house and billing is automatically adjusted before the truck arrives to tare out.

  • The quarry manager is able to see loadout operations in real-time with a clear view of workload, productivity and performance.
